Restaurant, kitchen and office cleaning. On your schedule, and gone before you open.

Kitchen exhaust is what we're known for. These are the other three things we do — with the same rules: contained, photographed, and out before your first person walks in.

Restaurant cleaning — front of house

The part your guests see, done after close so it's dry and back in place before you open.

  • Dining room floorsSwept, scrubbed and rinsed. Strip and wax quoted by the square foot from a photo.
  • RestroomsSanitised top to bottom, restocked if you leave the supplies.
  • Glass and entryDoors, storefront glass and the host stand — fingerprints and grease film off.
  • High dustingVents, ceiling fans, light fixtures and the tops of everything guests look up at.
  • Tables, chairs and boothsWiped, seats cleaned, put back on their marks.
  • Photographed before we leaveSo you open knowing what you're opening to.

Kitchen cleaning — back of house

We're already in your kitchen at 1am with the line pulled out. Adding the back of house that night costs a fraction of a separate visit.

  • Floors under and behind the lineDegreased, scrubbed and rinsed to the floor sink. Not around the equipment — behind it.
  • Walls, ceiling tiles and the hood exteriorThe grease film behind the line that a nightly wipe never reaches.
  • Equipment exteriorsFryers, ranges, flat-tops and reach-ins rolled out on their casters, cleaned, and put back on their marks — restraint cables reattached.
  • Drains, floor sinks and the grease-trap areaWiped and flushed. We don't pump the trap itself — that takes a City-permitted transporter, and we'll tell you who.
  • Strip and waxBack of house, quoted by the square foot.
  • Before and after, every timeSame photo habit as the hood: date-stamped, your address in the frame.

BEFORE The cook line as we found it
The same cook line after cleaning: range, griddle and fryers wiped to bare stainless, wall panels clean, floor tile dry.
AFTER Same line, same night

Office cleaning — after hours

Same person, same hours, different building. We clean offices whenever they're empty — nights, early mornings, weekends — so nobody has to work around a mop bucket.

  • Floors, restrooms and common areasVacuumed, mopped, sanitised. Consumables restocked if you leave them for us.
  • Break-room kitchensThe one place an office and a restaurant overlap — and if it has a hood, we know exactly what to do with it.
  • Desks stay as they areWe don't touch paperwork, screens or personal items unless you ask us to, in writing.
  • Locked up behind usLights off, doors checked, alarm set the way you showed us. Photographed.
